Day1: Kampala/ -Kibale Forest National Park
We depart from Kampala between 6am-7:30am to kibale forest via Fort portal with a lunch enroute in the clean city .proceeding to your overnight accommodation in the afternoon, for check and relaxation .Dinner and overnight stay at Kyaninga Lodge, Ndali lodge, Primate Lodge, chimps nest, chimpanzee guest house.
.Day2: Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale forest
Wake up early and prepare for the day’s trek starting with breakfast, briefing followed by the trek. Expect an encounter of multiple primates such as Chimpanzee, L’Hoests, Red colobus, Vervets, Blues, Black and White Colobus, red tailed and Gary checked mangabey. Have lunch, and later spend your afternoon in a guided walk through Bigodi Swamps. There are networks of forest trails that radiate out from the visitor centre, allowing you to search for a number of species that hide away from the main road. Dinner and over night at the lodge.
Day 3: Kibale forest- Entebbe
Say bye to kibale forest after breakfast and drive back to Entebbe for an overnight stay a convenient start point for Ngamba Island chimpanzee viewing trip. Dinner and overnight at Boma Guest house, airport Guest house, sunset motel Travelers inn.
Day 4: Chimpanzee viewing at Ngamba Island Sanctuary
This excursion fills up the morning and afternoon of the day starting with the feeding of chimpanzees that kick off at 11am and the call up bell doesn’t only alert chimpanzees but it so does to tourists as well reminding them to get to the chimpanzee viewing platform. After experiencing the chimpanzee feeding session, lunch, return back to Entebbe by boat arriving around 5pm with a drop off at your hotel or airport for departure.
